Terms and Conditions

To book classes and purchase packages, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are misused, inactive for an extended period, or created with false information.

Classes can be booked through our website using credits from a purchased class package. Each booking is subject to availability and class capacity limits. You may only book one place per class per account.

Bookings are confirmed immediately upon successful submission and you will receive a confirmation email. A confirmed booking does not guarantee the class will proceed; we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness or insufficient attendance.

We offer class packages of varying sizes (e.g. 5, 10, and 20 class packs). Each package includes a fixed number of class credits and an expiry date calculated from the date of purchase:

• 5 Class Pack - expires 6 weeks after purchase
• 10 Class Pack - expires 12 weeks after purchase
• 20 Class Pack - expires 24 weeks after purchase

Unused credits are not refundable and are forfeited upon expiry. Package expiry dates are visible in your account dashboard. In exceptional circumstances, expiry extensions may be granted at our sole discretion.

Packages are designated for specific class types (foundation or regular). Credits from one package type cannot be used to book the other class type.

We operate a loyalty programme in which one free class credit is awarded for every ten classes purchased. Free credits are awarded automatically and are valid for 12 weeks from the date of award. Loyalty credits apply to regular classes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to registered users.

Individual class prices are displayed on each class listing and may be either £14 or £17 per session, depending on the class. Package prices are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. All prices are in pounds sterling.

All class bookings are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit returns for booked classes. If you are unable to attend a booked class, the class credit will be forfeited. Please ensure you are available before confirming a booking.

We may cancel a class at any time due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including instructor unavailability, venue issues, or insufficient enrolment. If we cancel a class, your credit will be refunded to your package automatically. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any cancellation.

Dance classes involve physical activity. By booking a class, you confirm that you are in suitable physical health to participate. You are responsible for informing your instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations before class begins. We are not liable for injuries sustained during classes except where caused by our negligence.

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to DanceTalk Studios and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Class choreography taught by our instructors is their intellectual property. Recording of classes is not permitted unless expressly authorised.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DanceTalk Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at classes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant class or package.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
